This course is has been created to help all school-related personnel develop a toolbox of communication skills and discussion techniques so they can focus on the heart of what really matters in their work and the work of their students. As a participant, you will learn the seven essential questions of coaching and how they can be used to direct professional conversations in order to make great work. You will understand how to handle challenges that arise among yourself and colleagues, parents, students and administrators by exercising numerous response techniques. The skills that you will acquire will change the way you think and interact  with the people that you work for and with. This class may even inspire you to become a mentor, an administrator, or even a mediator in your workplace. Your mindset about communication will change as a result of taking this course, shifting from a problem-centered state to a solution-centered one. Learn value of "say less and ask more." Anyone that experiences this course can use the information and modify it to help others master the art of problem solving and meta-cognitive thinking.
