This course has been created to help teachers and students look critically at constitutional issues. Topics on the written constitution include: the powers of congress, the meaning of the Bill of Rights, and the United States Constitution's grand design. This course is also designed to help the user understand the living constitution as well. The living constitution is broken up into sections defined as: infancy, crisis, betrayal, restoration, and controversy. These sections help the user understand the many issues associated with the creation of the construction and it's interpretations throughout history.
