This course is comprised of four main sections: pedagogy and research revolving around comprehension, strategy lessons and stimulating work, teaching comprehension across the curriculum, and book recommendations. Reading is thinking and when students are both interested and engaged in their reading, learning occurs with increased comprehension and speed.
